Celebrating Our 10th Anniversary: A Decade of Thriving and Driving Excellence

Warrior Logistics is proud to celebrate its 10th anniversary this February 28th — a milestone that marks not just a decade in business, but a decade of living out our mission: helping people thrive. What started as a bold transition into an unexpected industry has since transformed into a thriving enterprise built on trust, service, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Ten years ago, we weren’t looking for trucking, but the opportunity found us. We launched our business as a FedEx Ground contractor acquiring three team routes. While we initially thought “everyone” was in the teams business, we quickly realized that wasn’t true – and that we could set ourselves apart by being more than just another logistics company.

What we’ve built at Warrior is a people business. Since launching, Warrior Logistics has consistently evolved to meet the needs of its customers and the industry at large. Now, in our 10th year, we’ve expanded our reach beyond FedEx teams to offer a comprehensive suite of logistics services under our own DOT authority and through our newly launched brokerage.

Our Decision to Expand

We’ve seen firsthand how misunderstood pain points can create inefficiencies, that’s why we’ve built a customer experience that prioritizes Trust over Transactions — something we’ve embedded in our culture since day one. Our decision to grow our offerings stemmed from a desire to bring our world-class service and personal touch to a broader range of customers with complex supply chain challenges.

This expansion has been nothing short of transformative. We have:

• Doubled our fleet size 

• Expanded our service offerings beyond dry van to include flatbed, and drayage/port container work 

• Significantly grown our asset and asset-light capabilities 

• Doubled our team and recently opened our first headquarters in Coppell, TX, moving from a remote workspace to a collaborative, innovation-driven hub 

Additionally, Warrior Logistics has been recognized on the Dallas 100TM list of fastest-growing companies for the past three years and was named National Entrepreneur of the Year as a top FedEx Ground Linehaul contractor. As a result, we’ve been able to attract top talent in the industry. We’re proud that our team now boasts over 150 years of combined industry experience, allowing us to continue building a best-in-class organization.
